Returns, Cancellations & Refund Policy

At Moar Delights, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service. As our products are often perishable, personalized, or custom-made, we maintain a clear and fair policy regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns. However, if your order is damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, we will accept a return and take immediate steps to resolve the issue.

  • Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery in cases where the product is clearly damaged or defective.
  • Please inspect your item upon delivery and inform the delivery personnel immediately if there is an issue.
  • Products returned due to damage at delivery will be replaced or fully refunded.

Refunds & Faulty Deliveries

If an item is found to be faulty upon delivery, you may choose from the following options:

  • A replacement of equal value, or
  • A full refund issued to your original method of payment.

Refunds will be processed within 4–12 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Refunds are not applicable in cases where the product has been accepted in good condition and no issue was reported at the time of delivery.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once prepared or dispatched.
  • For future-dated or scheduled deliveries, cancellations may be allowed if requested well in advance, subject to approval.

Delivery Refusals

  • If a recipient refuses to accept the delivery, the order will be returned to our facility.
  • No refund or replacement will be issued in such cases, as the item is considered fulfilled.
